About the club
Since the passing of Sensei (Instructor) John Frape. The club is now run by John Shyne.
All students gain, by increasing their self confidence, physical well-being and ultimately learning effective form of self-defence. More info about SEKU (The organisation to which the club belongs).

Thinking of coming along?
What should I wear? - To start with, you can wear comfortable loose clothes (not jeans).
How much does it cost? - Wednesdays and Fridays are £2.50 for adults. £1.50 for juniors

Horfield Sports Centre - Wednesdays: 6.45pm - 8:15pm
Horfield Sports Centre is at the top of Gloucester Road, where it becomes Filton Road. It is on the corner of Filton road and Dorian Road.

Kingsdown Sports Centre - Fridays: 8pm - 9:30pm
Kings down sports centre is near the BRI (Bristol Royal Infirmary), and is a 5-10 minute walk from the 70 bus stop in the centre.
